All the kids were slower than the first place finisher, this does not prove that he's the next Usain Bolt.

You know what, I actually like this video. It warms my heart to see young athletes doing the sport they love for no other reason but the fun of it. And you people saying racist comments can just grow up because they never asked to be born in a country that cannot afford good track facilities. They are just happy to be blessed with the things they DO have.
