  • You are doing amazing! I am SO impressed. Don't listen to the people that try to wind you up about your weight on here. They clearly don't understand how to lose weight in a healthy way. You are doing just fine. I kind of wish your challenge was just continuing as I want to know how you get on over the next few weeks. Makre sure you check in again in a month or so.   • Who cares about weight loss. It's how you FEEL that is important. Not too many things in this world feel better than putting in a good workout. Weight will come off over time, probably when you least expect. But the important thing is to make exercise a part of your lifestyle. Have fun!
