Straight Shooter

Well, I'm sure to get a lot of crap for this.

For those of you who can't/won't read, this is a parody. Of homosexuals? No. Of how certain people think gay marriage is some horrible catastrophe. Any cheap gay joke in here is a jab at how ignorant people view homosexuals. I live in the first state that legalized gay marriage and guess what? Everything's fine.

You're not going to change my view on the matter, so save any hate mail attempting to do so. You may not realize this, but homosexuals are actually people and they should be treated as such.

I owe nearly all my friends a lot of gratitude for making this, but especially Walter for finding me lesbians last minute, Sean for acting in this about an hour before I submitted the final product to Flim Fest, Kevin for his narration and showcasing it, my dad for doing the VHS transfer, Hart for providing most of the locations, Jules for filming my favorite shot in this, Pat for driving to my house just to get punched in the face, Neil for putting together the best impromptu gay outfit ever, and Ryan for a whole lot of stuff.

I've recently had a revelation about same sex marriages. I used to be against them because of my religion, which by the way is why many people are against it, but lately, I started to realize something. I honestly don't care what other people do. I'll do what I consider to be right moraly and religously, and I leave others to do the same. Speaking as a Christian, sin is in thought, not necessarily action...but excuse that religous bit, I normally don't bring religion onto the internet...

Here's my position (as a practicing Catholic): I say gay marriage, adoption, etc. should be legal under common law, but those churches that oppose it should be allowed not to recognize it. That way, neither church nor state is infringed upon...and I won't have to fear an (admittedly, silly) situation like "Straight Shooter" ever becoming reality.

@RealityIsALiebooks The same book also talks about slaughtering animals in order to be forgiven of sin. But that doesn't still apply.

Also, I don't think that love is ever a sin.

God never actually says that homosexuality is a sin... So no sweat for any gay or bi people out there who think god hates them =)
