@pray4theGay Hello. That may be in the US, but in Europe it's different. Look at energy production figures in countries like Norway where almost 100% of energy comes from hydroelectricity, or France/Sweden with their mostly nuclear energy plants. You are right, for now it's not always eco to use an EV, but that depends on the country. Also I personally find nuclear energy to be green, since there's no impact on the environment other than some buried barrels. :)

I have to laugh at the people that think this is a "green" car. Where do you think the electricity comes from to charge this car,magic, thin air,fairy dust. No it comes from burning coal,far dirtier then burning gas.

thought 80 miles is nothing compared to what the Tesla roadster does on the other hand a full recharge is only 7 hours where the Tesla needs 16. but in all fairness and something that was not mentioned the production of batteries is far from "green" there's still allot of chemicals used to produce batteries (even Lithium needs acids to create and generate) so on the being "green" not really but is is a step forward I admit. nice car but a rather high price.
