I like turkey burgers, but to use them as a replacement for beef is definitely non union. Also got to get rid of all the skins before dropping the taters on the grease. Even when I eat a baked one, I eat the insides and leave the skin.

I think that is a "Fry Daddy" brand fryer... I had one just like that some years ago... worked like a charm.

BOy, that is a great way to get even shaped and sizes of fries. When the fries are the same size they all cook evenly! That is genius JB!!! Where can I buy that union fry slicey?
