Nearly everyone in the world is descended from Arabic ancestors (like literally every human on the planet except for possibly some 'uncontacted' people in South America).
Hussein is an Arabic name, but was also commonly used in African countries by non-Arabs (and certainly by non-Muslims). It's analogous to John in the US--it's a Biblical name, but not all Johns are born to Christians. -John (who is Christian, but doesn't have to be just because of my name!)
