  • This is also why the overclass demands the world to be overpopulated. Overpopulation means there are more people then jobs, which means that there is always desperate cheap labour an inch away from literally starving.

It's also why the rich must be nothing short of exterminated if we wish to save the planet actually. They care about nothing but the next three months profit, and that will slowly but certainly render this planet uninhabitable.

  • @geilbear search youtube fairtax, solution for the middle class

  • I finally know what Reganomics is. Our rights were being chiselled away even then. It's 2011 and only gotten worse.

  • I'm shocked at how long it's been since our rights have been chiselled at. It's 2011now and it's only gotten worse. I've heard the term "Raganomics" many times, but didn't know what it meant before now.

  • @darkmiles22 The march to war and monetarist Treasury Secretary appointees have to be avoided by elected officials. Geithner seems to be the best man for the job, but Obama needs to man up and pull the troops out now. And the Republicans will reverse course, of course. That is unless the influence of private money in campaigns is curtailed, which will require either an amendment or Supreme Court appointees who think money isn't speech. Hah! Hello, Iran...

  • @aphex303101 Globalization isn't so bad. The Third World has been developing rapidly largely as a consequence. Market corrections are good.

What gets me is intervention on behalf of U.S. interests without regard to democracy or others' lives. That and the IMF forcing developing countries to adopt austerity (cutting safety nets/raising taxes) while lowering corporate taxes. It's the rich mugging the poor abroad using funds stolen from the poor at home, all to bilk domestic workers out of a job.

  • @geilbear very true. I am hanging on every word.

  • Advertising has hijacked our dreams through the misuse of the resourse of narrative and is being used as the 'corporate propaganda' (brainwashing) that Noam mentions.
