  • here are the ingredients in french sorry ! Ingrédients - 750 g de haricots blancs Mongettes. - 1 kg de confit de canard. - 1 saucisson cru à lail. - 250 g de lard de poitrine ou « ventrèche ». - 75 g de graisse de canard. - 3 oignons moyens. - 3 belles tomates. - 3 gousses dail. - 2 carottes. - 1 gros bouquet garni : céleri, thym, laurier. - 2 clous de girofle. - Chapelure, persil sel poivre eau.
