Dark Ghost in Our House

This video was taken on a low end camcorder, using no light, so quality is not too good. You can distinctly see the figure though, especially when it appears to walk right through the floor lamp! My kids keep saying that they have seen a figure that seems to be wearing a hood or hoodie-like sweatshirt, this explains EVERYTHING! I am fully aware that I have a ghost, but actually seeing it, freaks me out and I'm still trying to retain what I saw. Any paranormal people out there that could give me an explanation would be so helpful. I know there are a lot of fake videos out there and i assure you, this is not one of them...I need help here...and fast!

Also note, when the shadow goes over to the right, that is a mirror/wall. There is no door or window there. The camera was angled from the bedroom door, facing in. There is light that can come in from the window on the left side of the screen, but nobody was outside during this time. I had just saged my house prior to taking this video.
