Dragon quest VIII easy EXP and level up

This is an easy and reliable way of leveling your characters without resorting to luck. No use of Hero's lightning thrust or Yangus' executioner abilities.

Have Yangus equipped with an meteorite bracer to increase his agility (+50) and use the timbrel of tension each round.

The Hero should use metal slash each round and equip him with the falcon or uber-falconblade.

Jessica should always use accelerate each round.

Have Angelo equipped with a falcon blade as well and use timbrel of tension the first round and metal slash in the next rounds.

All this is done on the Howlwind Hill before the endbattle with Raptorne. This changes the composition of enemies on the hill such that more often metal slimes/liquid metal /king metal slimes appear as well as the appearence of dark monsters.

I tried other methods using the abilities of the hero and Yangus in which luck plays an important role, as well as visiting other locations (dragon graveyard, where only one or two metal king slimes appear) but came to the conclusion that this method works best for me.

The advantage of this method is that when one encounters 4 liquid metal slimes or the king slime with 6 liquid slimes, it is possible to kill a liquid metal slime with 1 attack of the hero or Angelo if they are just psyched up just one level. It is even possible to kill a king metal slime with 1 attack if he is psyched up to 50

You could just try for a critical hit which kills them instantly.
