Vodafone loaned us the brand new HTC Magic for a couple of weeks. It's the first handset in NZ to feature Google's Android operating system. What does this mean? Find out.

  • Thanks for this Simon. Very keen to get on the Andriod platform. Always cautious of Gen 1 products though. Will keep an eye out for replies.

FYI I feel a little giddy after watching you move around that much.

  • Thanks Trent, sorry about the giddiness! Maybe next time I'll move, but I'll keep the camera still.

  • Google Wave sounds really exciting and I think it's gutsy how Google have released early versions to developers, rather than "perfect" the product and release to the public.

In fact that's what Google does best - walk the talk of being in constant experimentation and co-creation with their massive customer base.

I'm looking forward to when Wave is released to the general public; I think it will change the way we think about communicating with each other.
