Celia and Helena are both 29, pregnant and like millions of African women HIV-positive. The highest rate of infection in Africa is the transmission of HIV from mother to child.

Infected patients can reduce the risk of transmission with the right precautions and medical treatment. And Celia and Helena have that chance. They are receiving treatment in a center that has come to the aid of more than 15,000 women in the past six years. But how do these women live with their disease and go about everyday life?
