@michaelkeeble1 no there is a differences in alot of spellings and meanings there are even diffrent english dialects in Africa and Jamaica that are English but you wouldn't think it to here them speak

fanny = ass and people would wear them on the back side fanny in original English = vagina so it kinda covers it still if you wear it in the front....

If not fanny bag, so what do you call it? On the other hand, I know of an alternative name for a fanny bag, it's called "man sack." I am sure the name makes a bunch of guys feel more secure about their masculinity.
