USS EURISKO - Phaser Banks LED Drivers and Effects

This is the initial work done on the phaser bank led driver.
Using an Arduino and a MAX7219 LED driver I have adapted a 8x8 matrix design to form a single row of leds that can all be switched individually.
Made some simple effects to test it out. The effect after the knightrider effect will have the blue laser forming a quick charge and slower discharge of the phasers. once I have bent the plexi it will be covered with alu tape so hopefully no leds will be visible directly and it will form an even glow.
