3 trains move past the intermodal yard. Loaded CSX coal train heads east out of the yard, followed by an westbound MOVR freight. Once it clears the yard lead switch, Norfolk Southern takes a mixed freight/intermodal train east.

This is the other half of the turn from MOVR #34.

  • I use MRC Tech4 280 transformers. They are the ones with an A and B transformer(2) in one housing.280s provide more than enough power that I need to run a train across my main, around 150 feet or so.

Most of the wheelsets are Micro-Trains.Locomotives are well broken in.I run them many laps to warm up before a video.

And there is a lot of credit due the Kato track. I was about to give up when I came across it. I'm very happy with it, run trains for hours with no problems.

  • How do you power your layout? If it is DC, how did you get it to run so smooth?

  • That's the T822 you were looking for! Came in Sunday night about 9:25 p,m,
