San Diego Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson walks you through the ideas and suggestions she would make in order for Christy to update her bedroom without breaking the bank! Simple things like grouping her existing bookcases, relocating her bed and saving her cherished hand painted wall are just some of the ideas Rebecca makes as she reveals the new design plans on her 3D model of her new room.

Paint for 3 walls
New Bedding
Black desk chair
3 table lamps
2 night stands/filing cabinets
4 window treatment panels in white (2 per side for fullness)
Curtain rod
Black & White photography as art pieces framed in Black
Ceiling light fixture with adjustable spot light heads

The location of the bed is good for a warm country but in Scandinavia for example, the convection from the windows will make it a really uncomfortable position.

I found your videos thru recommendations from youtube as something I would like.

@slytherinspy1960 No, I do not receive MONEY from Ikea, or any other source that I mention. Nor do I receive MONEY from YouTube or Google, or my Subscribers, or Makeover Mondays, or.... well, I guess the bottom line is... I receive NOTHING for uploading new videos every week, giving free advice, ideas and inspiration to people who could never afford my services in "REAL LIFE". The good new is, you can trust my recommendations they are genuine and not self motivated. Thanks, RR

Can someone answer this question for me? How in the world can anyone (3) dislike a video like this???... I'm GIVING...FREE...Design advice away to a total stranger I met on YouTube. WHATS NOT TO LIKE ABOUT THAT!!!
Do people have any idea what a negative affect a thumbs down has on the success of a video? YouTube takes thumbs down far more seriously than thumbs up. It affects the score of a video and the eventual page rank.. It just defies my comprehension why people do that. Rebecca
