kick ass band yet the vids are scary AF!

I have heard that the videos don't really have a meaning (or are even related to the song) but rather made to summon personal emotions with its imagery. So I guess what each person feels as they watch it is the meaning it has. Just another way of showing how talented these guys are.

Therefore, in my mind the dust is meant to represent the coating between us and everything due to our numbness, things like the phone that turns into a breathing apparatus and the breathing apparatuses in general are meant to demonstrate our utter dependence on technology, there's such a focus on gloom and loneliness as well as on contact and touching others in the video because we're not used to true, real human contact. We're used to always having a layer between us and others.

While I think some of their videos aren't meant to be related, I'm fairly sure this one is; the song seems to be about modern society and how over-stimulation from technology and all the things we do desensitize us to the pleasure we're supposed to derive from human contact and normally pleasurable things (the act of fisting I believe represents the lengths we're forced to go to just to feel something).
