People on the internet tried to prank him by sending him to Kodiak, Alaska via a Walmart competition to see which walmart could get the most likes. Instead of backing out of the trip, as it was an obvious prank, he actually went to Kodiak and embraced it. He handled the getting pranked very well by following through and making it a great time for all involved. Good on him.

Got to give it to them - they handled this campaign like pros. Pitbull won respect from the internet for following through (and he got the entire town involved), Walmart got a shitload of positive publicity for it, more than they likely would have received if this was held anywhere else, the Walmart in that area got a huge social media boost (50,000+ likes on Facebook in three months) and the town of Kodiak got a free performance.

I consider that a win.
