  • "We're post stop"-best line!

Yeah, I'm never sure what to think of the label. I'm never really think of music in terms of genres anyway. Sometimes genres and labels kind of put up barriers between creative ideas. Music is music, and each band has their own sound and personality. That's how it ought to be I think. Don't worry about genre, just get on and make some brilliant music.

  • Cool interview. Seeing them on the 28th. Cant wait.

    Thanks for this!

  • nice to hear an interview with someone who actually knows their shit!

  • Post-Op

  • it is nice to know what to classify them as tho.

I like to think of it as instrumental-post prog rock.

  • great interview!

  • if you like the music, why care about the genre?

  • doesn't* sorry

  • i never understand why people dont like the label "post-rock", i mean, i guess it does 100% makes sense, because its not actually after a certain movement, but it suggests something on the side of epic, which is what all the bands they label post-rock are, epic

  • Awesome, dude. Great interview.
