  • They didn't dislike each other, that's just a silly myth. Like other great partnerships, they just didn't socialise together after working long hours together all day - would you? They both said in later interviews they were very fond of each other.

  • Hi omarov,

Thank you for putting this trailer of ROBERTA (1935). It's one of the most beautiful pictures ever made at RKO. The movie is a perfect combination of talents: William Seiter as director, Pandro S. Berman as a producer, Allan Scott as screenwriter, the glorious Jerome Kern for music, and Irene Dunne, Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. What more could one ask?

  • OMAROV I would like so much to see Astaire playing on the piano "I Won't Dance" in this movie Roberta. Don't you has that and send to YouTube ? Thanks, Carlos, Brazil.

  • A great movie, with wonderful music.

  • that is good to hear.

  • It is a wonder how two people could dislike each other as Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire did, and produce such quality dancing and showmanship.
