  • the man is a complete pice of shit.

    always blaming others.

he looks a little anxious- probably can wait to get back to his mistress? back at the motel he is in bed with his friends wife?

at least he was getting the blow jobs , not giving them like tthe other adultry-loving republican senator...

  • Hypocrite. hey senator, whose wife are ya bangin now?

  • Yeah, you'd be surprised by how many people point to the recession of 38/39, and totally miss the point. The New Deal was an unqualified success.

  • The Repugs are still just blathering on. Tax breaks for small businesses? Sure. Tax cuts--noooooo.

  • this guys gun bill is full of trash and laws having nothing to do with guns unless you are talking about meat guns! Stop 575 and this loon

  • So the repubs are running against themselves?

  • FDR tried to raise taxes and cut expenditures(after the initial New Deal) to decrease deficit spending - that resulted in worsening the situation and this "depression" within in a depression. The Senator is wrong on the facts.

  • Oh - and the CRA that wrecked things? Turns out, CRA loans are only roughly 10% of the market. But if they're all lousy loans, that would do some damage, right? Only problem is, according to bank audits, CRA loans performed at parity with mainstream loans, suffering only slightly in 60-90 day delinquency, and with a small fraction of home improvement (not primary) loans performing a few percent worse.

I swear, if it weren't for fundamentalist trailer-park trash, they wouldn't have ten seats,

  • So, so tired of these lying sacks of shit. GDP increased and unemployment decreased steadily under FDR, except for the mini-depression this asshat mentioned in `37. And what happened in `37? FDR bowed to pressure to back off on spending. Just what the stupid Republicans want now. These guys always fart up the place, then blame the Democrats for the smell.
