Yep, it is a deer's nose (very close to the camera) then it turns and it's ear is visible. I admit though, it does look like a big cat's head at first.

how can u say thats a deer if u watch closely u can clearly see it put its paw up 2 its mouth an is eatin out of it hands . also its nose is stubby an fatish unlike a deers . we reckon its a wallaby or sumot of similar shape an size

It's a deer especially with the stiff straight limbs kicking as it leaves. Cats limbs are flexible and not stiff. But you're right, it does resemble a cat face due to the lighting and angle of the deer's face, but the jerky, stiff movement of the limbs on exit is no feline. Yes, deer are graceful but their limbs are not flexible like the cat.
