MIMI UNIVERSITY GEORGIA(TBILISI)

Warning about Georgia PLEASE READ ALL ABOUT GEORGIA (TBILISI).
Hi I am Simon singh from UK. I have many friends who had gone to Georgia (Tbilisi). Usually less money motivates most students to go there. But i would like to inform all Indians and others that Georgia is poor country. Even though the currency rate of Georgia is 25 rupees according to India. But there are very less job opportunities for other countries people. Hardly two factories provide jobs in Tbilisi namely Lilo factory (battery)and Geo steel factory. From these you can gets only 9000 INR Rupees monthly without single holiday.
There is only wastage of time and money. There are few good roads and buildings. But mostly are bad buildings. People are very poor. Poverty rate is so high that Beggars are available all round the public areas . Be aware that there is no future only wastage our time and money.
Furthermore, I want to inform you about their colleges and universities. There are so many universities like Mimi university, Mergi, American, Maski etc. all universities are small like a house. The universities employs reaches the Tbilisi airport to pick up their students. these universities have tie up with Georgian embassy. There is only 51 lari fees for 3 months visa. The visa officers who stamps our visa. gives passport to university. Then university demands 100 dollar (180 lari) from students. After that they demands again 100 dollars (180 lari) for their accommodation. But in Georgia there are many houses charging 50 lari per person. they torches, if u not give us 100 dollar. Then they will call the police and depot u. But don't worry there is no rule to depoting. After giving passports they will take students in the bus and demands 20 dollar more (37 lari) per student. But there are taxis taking 20 lari only for 5 members. In the bus same dialogue they repeat if u don't give us 20 dollar we will call the police. Don't Panic .they can't do anything If you have unity.
For instance, when my friend went there. He was picked by Mimi University .He faces all the above tensions and taken in the bus. there were 3 members' Georgi, Theona, Vika mam. All three members of this Mimi University are hungry of money. After that Send him to very bad accommodation. Please take care of Ur self.
On the first day of the university they demands 60 dollar for student ID card. They always demands dollars not lari. Marina is the dean of the Mimi University. She don't know English.She only knows kartuli (Georgian language). Mostly people know kartuli and Russian language. If u wants to go Georgia don't waste money on pubs. Because these are very expensive.
Few Georgian people are very nice and helpful. But few people used to laugh at Sikh who wears turban. I want to alert Indians. Be aware of, Georgian government, and their universities. I want to discuss one more matter to Indians. You have to pay 1 year fees but Georgian government gives visa for 3 months only. After 3 months they will not extend visas or TRC (Temporary residence card). you have to spend more money to take TR. Be alert before applying TRC.
All students have to come back to their country after 3 months. After 3 months and 10 days u have to pay over stay fees (180 lari) per 1 or 3 months.
After 1 month Mimi university offers about Poland that they will take the students to Poland with 5000 dollars. But they don't do so. Please be alert.
Georgian government gives opportunity to do business in their country. For business u have to take stability from TRC. But they don't give TRC. Many students straggling there and after long struggle they come back to India. Don't give any amount to Ur consultancy and don't believe them. In Georgia your life will spoil. me.Regardig studies the lecture are very good for those who are here really to study they check always everything with journal. The university in very clean and modern and beautiful. When i come here university gave me TRC with no problem but from december their law has changed and their politics about indians also changed. That is falt of the government and the the university. About going to Poland the university gave us contracts officialy to go thei for study and we eather go their until

I have read everything that you wrote. I want to respond to it all. I am MIMI student. i have been here for 6 month regarding georgia it is a very good country and has very good people. Yes it is a small country i do not know how many factories work here but one thing i know that this country is growing very fast. Yes it is true that there are no jobs here. Regarding indian student we all know why they come here. We all come here from indian agencies and we all know what they have promiossed us

And if you know what the HDI (Human Development Index) is, which has the profile of every single country in the world, you'll see that Georgia ranks 75, whereas India ranks 134, so I don't think that it is really fair a person coming from India calls Georgia a poor country to say the least. ;)

will not make it, as I can see your knowledge of English isn't fluent either. If you have good education, there are a lot of positions you can work for in Georgia that I'm pretty sure pay more than the jobs you get in India. ( unless they pay somewhere to 2000 dollars a month ) I'm not saying such a job is easy to find, but if you have good education, you will surely find one. Yes Georgia is not the richest country, but it has the most growing economy in Europe, so I think that says enough,
