Burundi's foreign minister on peace and foreign policy

Burundi's Foreign Minister, Antoinette Batumubwira, speaks about foreign policy priorities, about the difficulty of being heard by the international community.

She addresses the new regional struggle for peace, security and development and appeals for international assistance.

Burundi used to be the "Oasis of Peace". With a little help it can again be. If the world would take more responsibility for helping its starving people and assist it in continuing its remarkable peace process.
