Explaining how bodybuilders and fitness models can use running as part of their fatburning programme, here bodybuilder Dan takes on fitness model and personal trainer Ben - in an outdoor session which is designed to keep the heart rate up over a period of time in order to burn fat. Rather than do their cardio on a running machine, these two fitness athletes go for a series of competitive challenges, starting with 200m against the clock. This is not about speed - it's simply a way of keeping the heart rate up to achieve maxiumum fat burning. It's part of a two hour session that includes 100m, 50m, tyre flipping and abs circuit - which you can see in the video responses below.

  • @TitsandFish84 exactly. As you see, this is all about cardio - keeping the heart rate up, and it makes a nice change from running on the treadmill.

  • @oheightSI Thankyou holy fuck. Cardio isnt the only thing. Diet is just as if not the most important thing. If you take in less calories than you expend.. youll lose weight. simple.

  • people need to understand that your body is what you put in it. losing weight is all about your diet!! and fuck whole wheat and all that bullshit!! eat nothing but healthy food and work out and watch your body shred the fat like its easy.. MOTIVATION IS KEY
