The Brock Technologies Antenna Pointing System is specifically designed to support field operations with Unmanned Aerial and Ground Vehicles. The system provides a reliable method for autonomously pointing directional antennas or external video cameras toward air or ground based assets, decreasing the number of personnel required for operations.
Any vehicle operating with a Piccolo or Kestrel autopilot onboard can take advantage of the increased communication link provided by this GPS-based system.
If the optional camera mount and serial interface is utilized, external video footage can also be recorded autonomously, eliminating the need for a dedicated cinematographer.

Cool device! Would love to know some more technical details. What are you using as input to the system? You mention that you have a GPS-based system. Do you use information about where the UAV is located (GPS position and height?) and then point the antenna and hope for the best or do you get some kind of feedback signal from the UAV and track it continously with a control loop? What kind of radio waves are you sending from the antenna?
