Martin Bashir is an utter disgrace as chair. Might as well be 3 people on one side of the argument v. 2 on the other. When the Banana Man + 1 are stumped he digs them out. When RRS try to answer they are interrupted. The role of chair should be to maintain balance and fairness - not asking stinging questions to one side of the debate, garnering applause from the audience, while delivering platitudes to the other.

As an agnostic theist (On my way to a genuine agnostic) I can say that the moderator is a disgrace to this debate. So much interruption and bias. It's ridiculous.

@sierra087 Thanks Sierra. Disgusted a fellow countryman of mine behaved in such an unprofessional manner. Chair should, at all times, retain impartiality & never exercise their own prejudices. As far as Cameron et al are concerned: Crockaduck FFS! If that's the best they can do it staggers me that we still have to debate these idiots. Creationist/ID theories from far more informed parties, misnomer though that is, have been utterly downed by scientific, tested, peer reviewed re-evaluated FACT.

Creationists say there must be some higher power that gave us the dna stuff. Well, any other religious believer could also say its their higher power that created it.

An Atheist would then ask , who created the Creator?

Hi, I am intrigued by the discussions.

To me , its clear that the Creationists lost convincingly in this debate.

Whatever the Creationists believed in is a Believe. Get that? We all have the right to Believe. But that is still a Believe interpreted differently even among their own group of believers.

Therein lies the risks and dangers.
