  • @dwlock100 The horn 2 part is in B natural, just like for horn 1

  • @ziggy8392 Having played the horn, transpotition is hard. Buy an old horn tuned to F natural, makes playing easier and less likely to lose pitch.I'm guessing, but are you playing in E-flat?

  • I'm playing horn 2 in this right now. Transposing from B natural to F is one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do. I can't imagine how much harder it is for horn 1 with that solo

  • Thanx, was missing last 2 measures of this excerpt from the beginning for cellos, I remember how the phrase ended but I had to be sure. Now to right it out! lol
