Carriage underwater

A carriage dating back to the early 1900's found in 25 feet of water. Travel from Elk Rapids was quick when the bay froze over, making the 44 mile trek only 2 miles. Yet some were not so lucky and lost their goods on some thin ice. We always try to figure everything into the history of how it got down there and we're just waiting for the elder gentleman to open up and say "my wife asked me to clean the yard and I dragged it out over the ice!"
