2 You should have used "simplistic"--an unflattering adjective. "Simple minded" is more flattering than unflattering.
3 You must have meant "their", not "there". (And don't blame the keyboard.)
4 Your point has been clear--you have been told again and again and again that YOU ARE WRONG. Something which has evidently escaped you--which casts doubt on your understanding of how laws and rights work, as well as on the quality of the "law degree" you flaunt.
