I was thinking that it wouldn't work on my iMac, but actually it did. It was such easy... just plugged it in, and then i could use the camera. The software CD is just extra features like effects etc, which only works on xp/vista/7.

Does anyone know what the software is called for the Logictech Quickcam? I keep installing the crappy Windows 98 version. I need a version of XP/ Windows 7.

Do you know if the software allows you to turn off the Autofocus feature.

I have been using the Mac version. Without the ability to control the Autofocus the camera goes in and out of focus at random.

Great lens Great resolution. Terrible Autofocus feature.

The lack of manual focus control kills this camera for me.
