    hi i never saw any one can a meat!

    so i just wonder about some healthy things

    is that eatable or it still need to be cooked? when we open the jar

    and what is ur climate temperature there? is it cooled climate? cuz it hard to me that a meat could last a year without refrigeration!!

    have you ever canned pears? I have a sister-in-law with fruit trees that she does nothing with and I have LOTS of pears and apples. Want to can the pears but not sure how.

    No they do not need to be refrigerated until you open them, just like the can goods from your store:)
