    Because the Expert Village does not know how to edit or post longer videos.. oh, and labeling them 1, 2, 3, etc. would be nice huh? LOL

  • alfredo is so easy to make, the vid doesn't need to be long.

    stick of butter melted, 2 cups cream, bring to light boil, add cheese to taste (1+cup), simmer until thickened. that's it. doesn't take long, and not complicated.

  • No offense to the chef in this video, but an idiot can add grated cheese to a sauce.  It is my fault, however, for bringing up and watching this video though -- but I didn't realize that would be the only thing featured.

  • ahhhhh! theres so many different things said about alfredo sauce!That its not Italian...it is Italian....u shouldnt use cream...you should use cream...that Italians dont even know of it......OH MY GOD the list goes on...how will I ever know whats what with this dish????? somebody help me!!

  • do you know that most italians don't know what is "fettuccini alfredo"? The dish is very popular around the world but it is practically unknown in Italy. the same applies to Spaghettti bolonaise, ceasar salad and many more....funny, eh?
