Christine Breese speaks about the search for happiness and the bliss junkie addiction which keeps people from dealing with the deeper issues in their lives. "Blissful emotions, blissfulness... these are what the addict uses drugs and alcohol for, and why the spiritual search begins with the desire for blissfulness and blissful experiences. People are surprised when the spiritual search brings one into the desolate areas of the unhealed parts of oneself, which are going to come to the surface sooner or later if one is truly on a spiritual search. Bliss and blissful experiences are not always going to be present on the spiritual search, even though blissfulness was the original goal with the spiritual search.

An addict or a junkie is trying to escape unhappy emotions. Addiction to bliss is why an addict or junkie continues to seek out the escape mechanisms that help one leave behind the moments of fear or sadness that self introspection can bring. Being a junkie or an addict isn't only about being into drugs or alcohol. A person who seeks out pleasure of any sort could be considered a junkie or addict. Addiction is not only about drugs and alcohol. It is about seeking anything that will help you escape that which you don't want to look at. It could be chocolate ice cream, sex, particular people who are positive influences in your life (yes! You can be addicted to a person!) and a myriad of other "bliss junkie" attractors.

What did 6 miilion Jews get from the concentration camps. Oh believe me the fully embraced it. They sould have heeded the warnings before things got that far. Maybe people would be wise today to learn a lesson from them? What do you think metaphysical sciences? Do we really create our reality? Or is it just possible that maybe... sometimes others determine it for us? And in those situations try as you might you just cannot change the circumstances, nor that evil men come to kill!

It's true, the Earth has a lot of suffering on it and some things come at us that don't seem created by us. What happened with the jews, and others who are in this same situation today, is that they are participating in a "mass event" which is created by a lot of people, not just on an individual scale. Mass events don't look like they're created by an individual because they are not. However, mass events too are created by us, but on a different level.

It is an agreement to participate in the event none-the-less just like the world trade center event was a mass event, albeit unconsciously. The jews who did not choose to participate in the event, which did indeed teach the world something, ended up escaping and did not participate. There were as many jews who escaped as there were who were killed. On a mass level, they agreed to be part of a mass event and souls who were born into being jews knew that would be part of their path in life.

A lot of people connect having lots of money with bliss! Eh? It's the ultimate bliss junkie pursuit of them all. So if the dollar is collapsing then that little green drug is going to no longer produce bliss for those who have pursued the almighty dollar for so long... The pursuit of the dollar has been a real junkie trap! There's going to be a real challenge to bliss if the dollar collapses, which so many people have spent so much time collecting.

The real bliss is giving up the idea of constant bliss. Acceptance is bliss, really. It's the end of trying to take control or "manufacture" emotions and just witness the "reality" of the mystery that is YOU. Mystery is what western science tries to remove from life. We are an un-knowable mystery and that is that!

The earth probably died and was reborn -I don't know- how many times as well..

Why all these cylces? how many lives are needed to go to a permanent state of only being a soul without our material body...? If the creator is ALL of us together, why are we split up into little pieces?

When we find out who we are... and we are "enlightened", what will be the next step after that?

No such thing as a bliss junkie as bliss is transcendent of the third dimension, transcendent of addiction, transcendent of emotion, transcendent of the perceived reality of what bliss is from our vantage point.
