How to easily get the Steel Fist Expert Medal
(Kill 5 enemies in a row with a single punch after softening them up with gunfire)

This is the same place to get the Brutal Expert Medal.

Most of the Medals you'll unlock while just regularly playing through the game, but there are a few that are a bit tricky and require a little strategy.

if you use weapon select or other cheats will it stop you from getting the campaign completion trophies?

If you started a fresh game save then you shouldn't be able to access stuff like Weapon Select. And if you've already completed the game and did not start a fresh game save, then you won't get the Trophy anyway.
