Lindland is a good greco wrestler; thats all. he is always shooting off his mouth, and obviously forgotten that he has been KO'd twice in the first round by both a young david terrell, and a much less vicious, and older votor belfort. he should get a chin before he calls kimbo a bum, because if kimbo hit him once before the clinch...night night again for matt.

I don't think "these mma veterans" are mad at Kimbo so much as they are mad at Elite XC and other such companies for promoting him. He didn't cut his teeth in the amateurs nor was he a standout in any other sport prior to entering MMA. MMA is finally starting to be recognized as a legitmate sport, but the image Kimbo presents (i.e. that any thug off the street can walk in and be a success at it) essentially shits on all the progress MMA has made in the last decade.
