Part 206. Bert arrives with his final official report of the arrest of the Council of Six. Sean waits to hear from the judge regarding his freedom. Robert tells Bert he expects Lee to appoint him as commissioner. Robert thinks about the futures of Bert, Sean and Anna. Jade calls Robert. She wants to see him right away. Robert thinks that they must have told her about Kim. Monica is beaming when she sees Sean. She had a great evening thanks to Sean. Sean tells her that he'd love to ask her out that evening for dinner but it's more than likely he's going back to jail instead. Sean also doesn't want to make things difficult for her because of the Quartermaines. Monica doesn't care what they think. Felicia wants to spend the royalty cheque on an engagement ring. Frisco doesn't want to spend the cheque since that's all the money he has. As Felicia picks out the perfect engagement ring, Frisco balks at buying it. Frisco is worried because he doesn't have a job. He tells Felicia that they don't need a ring to prove that he loves her. Felicia insists that the ring is a committment. Frisco says it's just a symbol.
