I remember the days when we did not have the luxury of mats just a hard wooden floor.....its good to know that the comfort zone can be abridged and we can still move or land on or out the dojo. It was good to see them students endure that now I feel encouraged to go back to hard training the way I need it.....Osai!!

For the people that don't know,this is not a form of abuse because if it were,the law would of said something by now,don't you think?It is a form of art and what you are seeing now is a TEST! In case your ignorance impaired your ability to read the title of the video clearly reads:US Kodokan PROMOTION 2009,so with that being said it is quite natural that you would see something of this nature.Its martial arts,a parent should expect this. You have to be able to take a hit in order to give one.
