Could you please tell me which coffee you used here and how you made this coffee mixture?and did you stir the milk?

@Glorichucha cream isnt used in coffees at all.. When people as for cream in their coffee that is cream... but for latte's and cappuccinos its milk as always...mostly its full fat for the creamy and velvety texture

@mastermu52 if im correct, its cappachino with chocolate powder. cant remember for sure though.

i love coffee art- i've been coming really close to a rosetta at my cafe. but what i dont quite get is... how do the milk & espresso mix well w/o stirring it? i'm always worried my customer is going to taste theirs in sections- foam, milk then espresso- unless i mix it a bit.
