I'm not quite sure what a "fake accent" is supposed to be. Broken English is not British English. However, technically, all language is broken in some way. There are many dialects and influences. British English itself is a mixture of many things, including Greek, German, and even Sanskrit from India. There is no pure form of Jamaican. It just doesn't work that way. You can detect the Jap in DeeJay's voice but you could also detect American (from television) in my voice and I'm 100% Canadian.
