A FEW EXAMPLES OF MY HORROR STORY! Unless Your local colleagues are located in PA then no thank you. I have dealt with this issue and have been disrespected lied to and my personal life has been affected. No one seems to care. It is unbelievable how this company is run. Two years of not being able to watch t.v not knowing what is said because audio cuts out and then it takes forever to get it back. DVR deleting and not recording shows. I have had over 12 boxes and I can guarantee that if I had the time I would be up to 20. I do not have for them to spend a hour at my house to have the same thing happen. This is ridiculous!.. Sense I moved in I have had nothing but problems! Funny how you have a yet another false commercial about making moves "Easier" please I cringe every time I that and the other one about how you have a customer guarantee lol! FALSE ADVERTISING. This company made my move 10x more difficult then it should have been. The guy spent 3 hours here and still managed to mess the internet up. With out my boyfriends permission Comcast deleted his email and they were unable to recover it. We had our closing documents for our new house in there along with a lot of other important information because at the time we trusted Comcast..Everything was lost when the email was deleted.. With out our permission.
We were told that our package would have all the channels we had before and once again that information was wrong. I have to fight tooth and nail to not even be reimbursed but have a credit put on my account. I pay a ridiculous amount of money monthly for this kind of service!! Im sure if people see this they will agree. Please let me know if you agree. I have had Comcast show up to my door repeatedly unannounced even after I had made it clear not to do this. Where does Comcast get off showing up at my house with out any notice and if I turn them away Im the bad guy? I've been called a liar and I feel that some employees from corporate as well as lower management should be fired. I told some one in Corporate that I did not want to go to the BBB she told me to do it! I have this conversation recorded mind you. She stated that even if I went her department was the one that handles the complaints. So pretty much I wouldn't get anywhere. I've looked into it and I now have the option to go to the FCC. I would rather not do this but im getting the run around game and im sick of it.
I've asked for information on my account and they refuse to get it to me! They are stalling. They have put on there notes false information about me "not cooperation and refusing to let them in my house" PLEASE I have a sick family member sorry I can't take the time for Comcast. Last time I checked comcast wasn't paying me for all the work I've done! Ridiculous and Im not backing down on this. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY! Where I live I have no other option then Comcast. Isn't that great? I could go with dish but then I would need to keep internet and phone with you.. So in the long run I would end up paying more. Your corporation has me handcuffed.
