Metowi used 6 out of the 7 clips on her hair. When you have a style like a bob it has a pronounced line of the cut and you have to use all the pieces to cover the blunt line of the bob. When you have softer layers then you don't need all the pieces. Also the more of a difference between your hair and the length of the clip ins the more you need.

We aren't sure of the weight in grams...but we do know this... one package is all it takes for a very full head of extensions. I believe it is about 4-5 ounces for one package.

The clips in are $120 for 18" which is what Metowi used on the model. The 14" is $100 at sunnyshair
