At a live press conference from the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, the group announced a new Monster (PRODUCT)RED™ Special Edition Beats Solo Headphone, in which $5 from the sale of each product will go directly to the Global Fund to support AIDS programs in Africa that provide testing, counseling, treatment and other services for those affected by AIDS. In addition, the group announced that a special Heartbeats™ headphone will be developed for (RED) later this year.

Apart from looking good, the Diddy Beats in-ear headphones ain't too shabby a performer as it comes with a high-tech aluminum and leather-wrapped housing and high-polished enamel. Apart from that, the Diddy Beats come with Monsters ControlTalk headphone cable that allows you to manipulate iPhones and iPods for music playback as well.

If you wanna hear what it sounds like in the studio...GO TO THE STUDIO!. Ur not gonna get the same sound no matter how high the quality of an audio file in ur portable player is. It's NEVER gonna sound as good as having it coming out of two inch tape/Digital interface going through an SSL board or similar. Most overrated, overhyped headphones EVER!!!
