Never mind the wee little part in German at the beginning, it's subtitled ... and actually not *real* German, but Swabian Dialect *g* wanted the other Germans to have something to laugh about as well

never made them in some super detailed way and thus they aren't really worth anything as drawings on their own... <_<

how do you do these animations? they r so good XD

urm... first I sketch things on paper (it's just easier to have *something* and not draw in flash from scratch). Then I make different layers in flash depending on what I want to move, like arms, eyes, eyebrows and the mouth. In the end it's basically more like shoving things around and replacing layers for different mouthshapes then 'real' animation, but... as long as people like it ^^
