can someone PLZ help me with this one question...i beat the chimera and all and i thought that was enough to get the beast class but it ISNT!!! plz tell me what to do to get it *really want beast class*
You can retire them as soon as lvl 30, and they are SIGNIFICANTLY stronger after that. At lvl 70, I couldn't finish exploring the 25th floor, but after retiring for new chars (which I just gave the exact same jobs and names); I was able to finish exploration only at lvl 52. However I can't yet defeat the boss at that lvl... Hopefully I will at 70.
So let me get this straight. you get your characters to say, level 70. then you have to retire them in order to win the game? that would annoy me after all the work i would have done to get that far! i really hope the new characters can kill like their retired counterparts or im gonna cry...
Lvl 70 is the max lvl, unfortunately... Which will take you pretty safely to the 26th floor... You'll probably need to retire your chars for boosted stat chars if you intend to win the game.
No, retiring gives you a new character (name, class, portrait of your choice), but at lvl 1, and with boosted stats. Retiring your characters and starting over with new ones is sadly, almost essential to winning the game, unless you just happen to be exceptionally skilled at it.
When you rest you lose ten levels, but your able to re-put the skill points into different skills. If you retire, I believe you get someone else of the same level but different class.
Once you have killed the chimera go through the door behind him and head up the stairs to the
north. The purple light is a Geomagnetic Field. Go back to town and report
your results at the Duke's Palace. Now go back to the spot where you met
Kurogane the dying wolf. He'll give you a Trust Band. Take this to the
Explorer's guild to unlock the beast class.
