Just encrypt data and opt out of anything related to that means of governance. Your job and property tax become their only vector into your life. Even your job can become independent from it. Though that economy of racist free government is probably under developed.
Totally agree, excellent to hear a councilor speak sense for once, if I lived in Kemptown I'd definitely be voting for you - I'm in brighton pavilion so Caroline Lucas gets my vote :)
