If a comparison can be made between those two, I would probably say that I hear EVH when I want to exercise on my guitar and I hear Angus when I am trying to remember why I love guitar. Van Halen, Malmsteen, Steve Vai and others show us what can be done with a guitar, and Angus shows us what guitars are built for. It's simple as that. One hole Van Halen album doesn't have the impact of one Angus Cord. Eddie is a bubble bee and Angus is an elefant.
