I've been reading all the comments on all your videos that I watched sofar and I have to make a note of the fact that any user that "teaches" you how to really do this better (surprise) have no example to show on their channel. Constructive criticism is nice but it just does not have any value in my opinion if it was given in an arrogant manner without putting their money where their mouth is. When your songs start 1- I'm grinning to the end! 2- Cant stop listening till it's over! : )

I create this genre of music with the XS, its great to work with and really easy to whip something like this together. If anything, get the drum track replaced and get the bass pumping with it. Then layer over the motif's when you're happy its pumping below :-)

"alesis m1 active mk2", but i'm not recording using monitors, i have my motif connected directly to a sound card (emu0404usb)
