You have a better shape then most of the young losers who are on gears and are only partying every night! Keep going buddy! I actually think that if you would be on roid, you would probably be part of the Olympia !! Benching 405 is pretty great for a normal human! Keep going ur inspiring me ! Consider yourself lucky! How much calorie do you get every day?

@TheMostOffensiveName Free weights

With doping putting a lot of pressure on young adults who are looking to get fit, it's very promising seeing someone of your size and physique who can say "I did it the right way." thanks for the motivation

Hey Tuan, question! Isn't it bad for you to lift your butt off the bench while bench pressing? Curious, because I was always taught you weren't suppose to. Plus in bench pressing competitions, don't you get disqualify for that try if your butt leaves the bench?

Is Elly Tran your sister???)))

@TheMostOffensiveName FREE WEIGHTS are the way to goooo. 5-7 reps to gain strength. look up the overload principle/progressive overload
-
@Broccoli3411 lmfao... that helps the chest more. and as for back it doesnt really affect it :p thats how u do bench press if u want more results
-
Tuan I have a question, at 3:20 you're doing incline chest presses. Is the angle your doing it more beneficial for your front shoulders or your upper chest? When I do incline the bench in a few notches lower. What do you recommend I should do if I want to target upper chest?
I need my question answered. Should I use free weights or an exercise machine? I plan on just getting stronger, gaining muscle is more subjective to me than objective.

Hi Tuan,
I was just wondering, for powerlifting competitions is it necessary to touch the barbell to your chest during bench press or is there a certain height you have to bring it down to?
Cheers!

@charliem123321 no only do you have to touch, but one must pause until the Judges tell you to press. If you press before he gives you the command, the lift "will not" count even if you get it. Just how it is

Another great vidoe Tuan. You will take Cronus! Do you use many fly movements in your chest workout?
