i've wanted to gut such a light weight trailer, reinsulate, good flooring, maybe removable carpet, and add A/C and heat--and then a screen door, etc.,, yet not "rebuild" the interior much more than that, so as to be able to get things in and out rather than much else. yet i wish you good luck if you want to refit extensively, etc.
